Ruchika Bajaj

Ruchika Bajaj is a membrane protein biologist. She is interested in understanding structure-function relationships in ABC transporters to treat relevant human diseases. She has a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Biochemistry from University of Delhi, M.Sc. in Biotechnology from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee and PhD in Biological Sciences from Purdue University with focus on membrane protein biology with advisors Amy L Davidson and Cynthia V Stauffacher. She did postdoctoral training with advisor Deanna L Kroetz in the Department of Bioengineering and Therapeutics at University of California San Francisco, supported by American Heart Association Postdoctoral Fellowship Award .
